Practice with Locals and Experience a Healthy San Jose
Downtown Yoga is easily found in the center of San Jose, Costa Rica and has early and late classes to accommodate travel and work schedules.
It's a great place to meet locals during your short visit or long stay. We host yoga in the studio, at cultural events and in the poor barrios of San Jose. When you practice with us you support all of these efforts.
Our teachers give class in Spanish but most speak English if you get lost or have questions. Managers are native English speakers so any concerns can be discussed with confidence before a class.
